Sarah has a hard time making the hard "k" or "g" sounds. I was ready to sign her up for speech therapy until I saw this chart:
I think her language skills in general are above average, which may have influenced my higher expectations for her! We will re-evaluate in 6 months.
I have noticed that Sarah has been "acting out" by dumping her toys onto the floor while John and I are doing school. I need to have a special project with Sarah, too. Today, Sarah helped me make dinner. John wanted to help, too. It was hard to turn him away so that Sarah and I could be alone...
While she was mixing, she said, "I a Mommy!", with a big grin on her face!
